Social Media Journal Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The giveaway is open to participants aged 12 and above.
Employees of Will & Purpy and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period:

The giveaway starts on October 1, 2023 and ends on October 6, 2023. All entries must be received by 11:59pm CST.

3. How to Enter:

To enter, participants must like our page and tag a friend.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize:

The prize for this giveaway is a journal of your choice from the Will & Purpy collection.
No cash or other prize substitutions are permitted.
The prize is non-transferable.

5. Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will be announced on October 7th, 2023 via Instagram and will be notified via Instagram Chat.

6. Claiming the Prize:

The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the prize.
If the winner does not claim the prize within the specified period, a new winner will be chosen.

7. Publicity:

By participating in the giveaway, participants grant Will and Purpy the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation.

8. Privacy:

Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability:

Participants agree to release and hold Will & Purpy harmless from any liability arising from their participation in the giveaway.
