Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended

Made-to-order items (including T-shirts and sweatshirts) are printed after purchase and may require additional processing time.


Shipping Time & Delivery

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary based on the selected shipping method and carrier.

Typical delivery timelines:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volume periods
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Will & Purpy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly
  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many of our items are processed quickly or made-to-order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
