🛍️ Will & Purpy – Return Policy (Website Orders Only)

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your return must be requested within this timeframe.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free of stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or pet hair
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Returns must be approved before being sent.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

⚠️ Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if:

  • Your item is defective
  • Your item was damaged in transit
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items (including beauty products)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Any applicable return shipping costs will be deducted

Please note:

  • Processing times may vary by your bank or credit card provider
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

🌍 European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must still meet the eligibility conditions above.
